Winn-Dixie Stores, one of the nation’s largest food retailers, needed a better way to schedule meetings across its 52,000 associates in 520 stores, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and corporate headquarters. To address this challenge, Winn-Dixie adopted HyperOffice’s online calendar and collaboration tools to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce conflicts.
HyperOffice rolled out its web-based calendar solution across Winn-Dixie’s operating area, giving employees features like calendar overlays, availability previews, notifications, and public online calendars. As a result, Winn-Dixie spent less time organizing meetings and improved productivity, allowing teams to focus more on serving customers.
