Rock of Ages Ministries is a faith-based nonprofit with more than 175 missionaries across all 50 states and five countries. As the organization grew, its email-based communication and monthly calendar were no longer enough to keep dispersed teams aligned, so it needed a more robust way to manage collaboration, shared documents, task coordination, and scheduling. HyperOffice was selected as the collaborative platform to help meet those needs.

HyperOffice implemented its collaboration suite with custom training and a phased rollout, starting with a small beta group before expanding across the ministry. The solution provided unlimited groups, more storage, document versioning, permissions, scheduling, and integrated contact management, while also being simplified for non-technical users. As a result, Rock of Ages Ministries fully adopted HyperOffice and grew its active user base to over 100 users, improving communication and coordination across its domestic and international operations.
