IMCO Construction, a large construction company based in Bellingham, Washington, needed more than a basic email system to manage its many projects. With field operators, contractors, clients, and architects all needing access to calendars, contracts, images, and specifications, the company needed a central project management platform. HyperOffice was the vendor selected to help meet that need.

IMCO Construction implemented HyperOffice as its project management solution, giving the team a simple, centralized place to share project information. According to the IT manager, the platform was easy to use, required little training, and avoided the need for FTP programming. While no specific numeric productivity gains were provided, HyperOffice helped IMCO better manage collaboration across its 250 employees and roughly $40 million in annual contracts.
