Viceroy Hotels and Resorts, a global lifestyle luxury hotel brand, needed a way for employees across worldwide properties to share ideas, ask questions, and spread best practices to improve guest experience and operations. To support its Viceroy Solvers community initiative, Viceroy piloted Hypercontext’s idea-management platform (SoapBox), using open “Any Idea, Anytime” forums and targeted Challenges to gather input from frontline teams.

Hypercontext implemented the pilot with SoapBox features plus a three-pronged communications kit, Innovation Guardian champions, and an Idea Accelerate fast-track for quick wins. The program generated 200 pilot ideas, achieved 60% adoption and a 76% NPS, produced rapid operational improvements (e.g., implemented lobby phones) and enabled cross-hotel best-practice sharing — results Hypercontext helped Viceroy scale into a company-wide launch.
