Witzenmann is a family‑owned global market leader in flexible metallic elements with a long history of innovation, thousands of patents and hundreds of millions in annual revenue. To maintain its technology leadership and tap new markets, the company needed a systematic, transparent way to manage trend‑scouting, product development and longstanding employee suggestion (ESS) and continuous improvement (CIP) processes that had been largely paper‑based.
Witzenmann implemented the configurable HYPE platform as a single point of access to capture trends, run targeted idea campaigns and route ESS/CIP submissions through defined workflows. The integrated system centralised about 1,000 ideas (240 innovation ideas), boosted employee engagement, improved process efficiency, enabled easier reporting and delivered six‑figure savings — prompting staged rollout across its subsidiaries.
