Fressi, one of Finland’s largest fitness and wellness chains, needed a fast and resource-light way to engage customers, gather feedback, and improve customer loyalty. Using HYPE Innovation’s HYPE Boards, Fressi set up an open ideation and co-creation channel to reach both new and existing customers and better understand their needs.

HYPE Innovation implemented HYPE Boards so Fressi could collect feedback, comments, voting, and ideas across desktop and mobile with minimal setup time. The result was strong engagement: Fressi activated up to 50% of customers to give feedback, gained more topical and unbiased ideas, and made more data-driven service decisions that helped increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and renewals.
