Using the CAEimagine program on the Planbox platform, the company mobilized over 1,100 participants to submit 1,000+ ideas, generate 2,000+ comments and votes, and produce 18 proof‑of‑concepts. Supported by 25+ mentors, an innovation playbook, and targeted trials (including a collaboration tool now being piloted with 160 users), the initiative improved strategic alignment, agility, and employee engagement while embedding a sustainable, employee‑driven innovation culture.
