BST Corp Innovating Processes with HYPE GO

BST Corp, a Santiago-based business process outsourcing provider serving financial services and other industries, needed to boost efficiency and streamline dispersed internal workstreams while giving employees a way to share improvement ideas. With staff across multiple locations and no existing idea-exchange platform, the company launched an employee-driven initiative to identify cost- and time-saving opportunities.

Working with Trencadis and using HYPE GO!, BST ran a two-week idea campaign for 200 employees that achieved 90% participation, generating 50 ideas, 112 comments and 333 votes. Three ideas were implemented immediately—one redesign of paper storage cut a task from hours to minutes—while others are in development; overall implementation rate was 12%. The campaign delivered strong engagement and measurable efficiency gains, and BST plans 3–4 focused campaigns per year and a dedicated innovation team.
