VGZ, one of the largest health insurance companies in the Netherlands, faced challenges with document archiving and access as part of its digital transformation journey. To address these needs, VGZ selected Hyland’s OnBase solution to improve the way it managed and retrieved its healthcare documents.

Hyland implemented OnBase in the cloud and migrated 175 million documents from VGZ’s legacy system. The platform now archives about 227 million documents and adds around 25 million more each year, helping VGZ scale document management more efficiently.
