The State of Ohio, a large state government customer, needed a way to expand its initial investment in Hyland’s OnBase enterprise information platform across agencies and departments as its digital transformation efforts grew. The challenge was figuring out where to begin and how to make sure the solution could scale to meet evolving needs over time.

Over five years, Hyland helped the state build internal expertise and complete 50+ projects, leading to greater efficiency, stronger system integrations, and centralized access to information for 8,000+ users across 25+ departments and 10+ agencies, with 13 more active projects planned.
