A Hyland Case Study
The University of Texas at Dallas needed a better way to handle a growing number of paper-based, manual processes across campus, from financial aid and procurement to student services and compliance. Using Hyland OnBase, UTD set out to replace spreadsheets, email chains, filing cabinets, and desk-to-desk approvals with a more efficient digital workflow.
Hyland implemented OnBase solutions, including forms, workflow, and case management, to automate routing, approvals, and document storage across departments. The results included faster reimbursements, improved visibility into invoice status, reduced paper use, reclaimed office space, and quicker request processing for students and staff. UTD also cut outstanding support tickets from 140 to fewer than 60 as its dedicated OnBase team expanded.
