A Hyland Case Study
Renault, the French automotive giant with operations across multiple continents, needed to improve document management, collaboration, and information retrieval as part of its ASK2 digital transformation project. Using Hyland’s Nuxeo Platform, Renault aimed to consolidate knowledge spread across seven systems, streamline approval workflows, and strengthen security for users inside and outside the company.
Hyland, working with partner AmeXio, implemented Nuxeo’s document management, workflow automation, and security features to create a unified platform. Six of seven databases were migrated, real-time search was enabled, and 35,000 users per month could find documents more easily. The result was improved traceability, reduced administrative burden, minimal training needs, and faster delivery of new features.
