Public institution in Luxembourg uses Hyland's Nuxeo Platform to provide a secure extranet for external stakeholders

The Gabriel Lippmann Public Research Center, a public institution in Luxembourg, needed a secure extranet for board members and other external stakeholders to access and share confidential documents. It also required a document management solution that could integrate with existing web applications such as TYPO3 via CMIS. The center chose Hyland’s Nuxeo Platform for its ease of installation, use, integration, and strong performance.

Hyland implemented the Nuxeo Platform to manage the board’s office documents and expose them through the extranet, with the integration completed in less than a month and a half by a small team. The solution met and exceeded the IT team’s functional and technical expectations, and board members were able to test it before final approval. Hyland is now developing encryption and improved CMIS search capabilities to further strengthen confidentiality and scalability.
