STRATO AG faced the challenge of streamlining complex internal processes such as ordering, contract management, and invoice approvals while improving usability, traceability, and compliance. With Hyland’s OnBase platform, implemented together with INNODOX Technologies, the company also needed to migrate a very large legacy data set of 150 million files.

Hyland’s OnBase was configured to orchestrate multiple business processes in one platform, reducing programming effort and making workflows easier to set up, maintain, and expand. As a result, STRATO AG reported smoother and less error-prone operations, fewer ERP licenses needed, stronger auditability, cost savings, and better reporting for purchasing; user acceptance was also high, and the company plans to extend OnBase to travel and expense workflows and further RPA processes.
