The University of Utah, a leading research institution, needed a better way to manage paper-heavy, manual processes across departments such as Social Work, the Graduate School, and Global Engagement. Hyland implemented enterprise-wide digital workflows with OnBase, Unity Forms, and DocuSign integration, enabling online routing, approvals, notifications, and contract renewals. The results included faster, easier processes, improved productivity, and reduced IT burden since the system is hosted in the Hyland Cloud, eliminating the need for a large internal support staff and simplifying backup and disaster recovery.
