Italian public university improves records management and collaboration with Hyland's Alfresco platform

The University of Naples Federico II, an Italian public university, needed a better way to manage records and improve collaboration across its organization. It turned to Hyland and its Alfresco platform to modernize document and records management and connect legacy systems more effectively.

Hyland implemented Alfresco in a phased rollout, and more than 3,000 UNINA employees are already using it. In just the first few months, the university saw improved integration and interoperability between legacy systems, better document sharing and collaboration, and higher productivity, with plans to expand usage further and manage the full document lifecycle in Alfresco.
