Coke One North America (CONA) needed a way to scale SAP-backed processes across 12 independent bottlers with different IT standards, data practices, and operating workflows. To address that challenge, CONA worked with Hyland and its low-code platform to create solutions that could be adopted easily across sites while maintaining secure access and consistency.

Hyland implemented automated workflows, SAP integrations, SSO, mobile access, and standardized capture processes, supported by managed services and outsourced administration. The results include storing more than 2 terabytes of information, processing 5 million documents per month, capturing 1.4 million documents weekly, and improving invoice throughput, while supporting 30,000 real-time SAP users and 5,000+ daily users of Hyland solutions.
