A Hyland Case Study
Bofrost* needed a rapid way to optimize processes without extensive programming, especially for document-heavy work across HR, purchasing, fleet management, and remote access. Working with Hyland, the company used OnBase as a low-code enterprise content management system to replace inefficient email- and paper-based workflows.
Hyland implemented OnBase to connect with SAP, legacy systems, Workday, and DocuSign, enabling digital document management, contract handling, and approvals across departments. The solution expanded from two departments to about 150 users, digitized 6,000 vehicle files, improved home-office access, and sped up rollout of new applications and processes companywide.
