Case Study: Royal Australasian College of Physicians achieves collaborative content management with Hyland

Health training and education organization educates members with the help of Hyland's Alfresco platform

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP), a health training and education organization, needed a better way to store conference videos, manage educational content, and support collaboration across its 200-plus committees. It turned to Hyland’s Alfresco platform, starting with video loading and storage and then expanding into a broader content and collaboration solution.

Hyland implemented Alfresco Enterprise Edition to power video management, a My Resource Management gateway, and team collaboration through Alfresco Share. The RACP now manages weekly lecture recordings, educational resources, and committee documents in one system, with content searchable by tags and taxonomy; the result has been more than 100 active sites and rapidly growing adoption across the organization.
