Guy M. Turner, a transportation and logistics leader based in Greensboro, NC with operations across the Southeast and beyond, needed to replace a patchwork of obsolete document-imaging systems accumulated through mergers and acquisitions. The company, working with Hyland partner DTI beginning in 2017, sought a modern, configurable platform to streamline Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Human Resources processes without heavy internal resource demands.

DTI implemented Hyland OnBase in a six-month rollout and quickly expanded the platform from AP to AR and HR. Guy M. Turner digitized hundreds of thousands of AR documents, secured employee records with document-level permissions, modernized mobile-friendly hiring and onboarding (enabling remote hires during 2020), and realized immediate ROI; they are now expanding AR automation and planning additional paperless transformations to redeploy staff toward revenue-generating work.
