Case Study: Grupo EULEN achieves improved compliance and efficiency with Hyland Alfresco

Grupo EULEN offers cleaning, security, maintenance, and human resources services for companies

Grupo Eulen, a large multinational services company, faced a major challenge from heavy dependence on paper documents, inconsistent department-level processes, and the use of three different document managers. To modernize operations, Grupo Eulen turned to Hyland’s Alfresco platform as part of its Ártica project to digitize, standardize, and securely manage more than 2,500 documents per day across many document types.

Hyland helped Grupo Eulen implement a centralized, user-friendly repository with integrations for printers, ERP, Google Docs, and signature services. The result was the migration of over 1 million documents, integration of around 90 document types and 800 templates, improved compliance with ISO 15489, 30300, and 30301, greater accessibility and security, and lower costs through reduced paper, printing, and electricity use.
