Case Study: DILA improves legal content processes and response times with Hyland Nuxeo Platform

French government agency uses Hyland solutions to improve legal information and normative content processes engineering

DILA, a French government agency within the Prime Minister’s office, needed to improve the handling of legal and administrative information in a highly regulated environment with high content volumes, complex workflows, and thousands of users. Working with Hyland and its Nuxeo Platform, DILA set out to improve response times, content quality, and collaboration across government entities.

Hyland implemented two case management applications, SOLON and Réponses, on the Nuxeo Platform to manage legislative processes and parliamentary questions end to end. The result was a flexible e-government system supporting more than 4,200 users and 700 cases per week, with better workflow efficiency, improved response quality, and stronger content analysis and visibility.
