Working with PROFORMANCE, Advancial implemented OnBase by Hyland and integrated it with its Episys core to create paperless workflows, electronic capture and teller-side e-signatures. The result: document retrieval dropped from a two-day wait to under one minute, remote and branch staff gained instant access to records, departments saved 10–20 hours per month on searches, and member service and compliance improved while avoiding substantial new hiring.
