Redstone Federal Credit Union, Alabama’s largest credit union with more than $2 billion in assets and 20 branches, struggled with disconnected systems and paper-based workflows that caused long member wait times, high paper and labor costs, and inconsistent processes across teams. Staff often spent excessive time searching for documents or routing requests manually, which hurt productivity and member satisfaction.

Redstone implemented OnBase and integrated it with its core TCCUS system, online banking (Digital Insight), CRM (IMC) and PeopleSoft so employees can access documents in real time from existing applications. The integration sped member service, reduced paper and operational costs, improved AP response times, automated contract approvals and loan payoffs, and freed staff to focus on higher-value work.
