MAMPU, the Malaysia Administrative Modernization and Management Planning Unit, needed a secure, compliant central records repository to help federal agencies capture, access, and share information anytime, anywhere. After evaluating several options, the agency selected Hyland’s Alfresco Content and Governance Services as its centralized records management platform.

Hyland implemented and customized the solution to meet MS ISO 16175, multi-tenancy, and security requirements, with partner Crest Infosolutions supporting deployment. The platform added two-factor authentication, DRM integration, and a custom Microsoft Office add-in, helping MAMPU strengthen protection for open and classified records while improving usability and adoption.
