HYCU implemented a simple, native backup and recovery solution that integrated seamlessly with Albeda College’s Nutanix environment and directed backups to Microsoft Azure, eliminating the need for onsite intermediate storage hardware. As a result, Albeda reduced backup maintenance hours by 50%, more than doubled backup speed, and cut hardware infrastructure costs by 400,000 €, while also improving reliability and easing administrative overhead.
