Delaware Valley Community Health (DVCH), a nonprofit healthcare organization serving patients across Southeastern Pennsylvania, needed to modernize an aging IT environment that was struggling to support its EMR system and 74 providers. Its legacy backup process was too slow to fit the four-hour window required for after-hours charting, making it difficult to keep systems available 24/7. With HYCU integrated into its Nutanix and AHV environment, DVCH cut database backup time from 4.5 hours to 30 minutes and reduced daily transaction backups from one hour to just 6 minutes.
