COA, the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers in the Netherlands, needed a better way to keep its Nutanix environment healthy and its mission-critical applications running smoothly. With about 50 nodes and 560 virtual machines supporting systems like Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, Citrix VDI, and Skype for Business, COA needed faster, clearer visibility into performance issues before they affected users. HYCU’s SCOM Management Pack for Nutanix was chosen to help address these monitoring challenges.

Using HYCU SCOM MP for Nutanix, COA gained centralized dashboards, deeper insight into the full Nutanix stack, and automatic alerts for more than 250 scenarios with resolution steps. The solution helped COA quickly identify bottlenecks, pinpoint root causes faster, and take corrective action such as resizing VMs or adding resources to prevent problems. As a result, HYCU helped COA improve troubleshooting and speed mean time to repair (MTTR) while acting on facts instead of assumptions.
