Orange is an internet and cable TV provider in Poland that engaged Hybrid.ai to attract new customers and increase sales during a May–June advertising campaign. The goal was to win subscribers from rival providers by identifying and targeting non-Orange users through their Wi‑Fi and mobile connections, using tools such as Hybrid.ai’s Super Geo, a Black List, and connection-type targeting, supported by call centre and direct sales follow-up.

Hybrid.ai tracked impressions and clicks by recognizing devices via Wi‑Fi routers, mapped ad exposure, then retargeted non-Orange subscribers and monitored store visits over 15 minutes to link offline visits to conversions. The campaign generated 8,128,028 impressions, 28,330 clicks, identified over 130,000 potential customers, delivered 3,325 new clients, and achieved a 94.8% increase in overall sales, while providing post-campaign DMP insights by combining online and offline data.
