VollherbstDruck GmbH, a fourth-generation family print shop in Germany’s Black Forest, specializes in premium label printing for the wine, spirits, and luxury goods markets. As it pursued digital transformation, Vollherbst worked with Hybrid Software products including PACKZ and CLOUDFLOW to move from paper-based processes to digitally based operations, while also facing the challenge of getting employees comfortable with a new way of working.

Hybrid Software supported Vollherbst’s prepress modernization with coaching that let the team learn while processing real production jobs, helping address concerns and build confidence. As a result, the employees became convinced of the benefits of the new software and felt confident in the decision, while the company had already digitized operations for 40 employees since beginning its transformation in 2011.
