Lofton Label, Inc., a label printer, faced a migration from an older MIS to EFI Radius and needed a customized job ticket so Prepress Operators could reliably communicate with Customer Service and Production. Hybrid Software was engaged to address this challenge using its Facelift software.

Hybrid Software implemented an electronic Facelift job ticket—renamed internally by Lofton Label as RPI (Radius Prepress Interface)—that centralizes all prepress information, supports preflight and job preparation, and prevents lost tickets. The Facelift ticket saved significant time, smoothed the EFI Radius migration, and provided a seamless transition for Lofton Label’s prepress department.
