Hager Papprint, a family-owned folding-carton and packaging printer founded in 1896, faced an innovation backlog in its prepress environment and needed faster, more flexible artwork preparation and greater automation to support growing order volumes. To modernize their workflow they selected HYBRID Software’s PACKZ PDF editor and CLOUDFLOW workflow to replace their previous system.

HYBRID Software implemented PACKZ and CLOUDFLOW, integrating them with Hager Papprint’s ERP to automate processes, provide central access to production data, simplify complex print marks with live objects, and enable distributed quality control. As a result Hager Papprint now moves jobs through prepress in about one third of the time previously required, increasing capacity and allowing the existing team to handle a significantly higher volume of orders.
