Digi-Paq, a commercial printer based in Belgium, was facing challenges managing its rapid growth. The manual upstream processes for order approval and file preparation were creating bottlenecks, wasting time on file checks, corrections, and customer communication. Hybrid Software implemented its PACKZ and CLOUDFLOW solutions, integrating them with Digi-Paq's existing CERM MIS. This automated file checking and routing, simplified PDF corrections, and provided a web portal for customer approvals. The result was a drastic reduction in manual intervention, allowing Digi-Paq to double its output with the same team.
