CUPSZ, a young cup-printing company based in Tilburg, Netherlands, was founded in 2014 by brothers Michiel and Daan Willemsz. As the business grew, it needed a more efficient way to handle high-quality cup artwork creation, conical warping, and prepress automation, so it turned to Hybrid Software and its PACKZ and CLOUDFLOW solutions.

Hybrid Software implemented PACKZ as CUPSZ’s native PDF editor and later added CLOUDFLOW to automate prepress further, integrating the workflow with CERM MIS. This enabled automatic artwork warping, online customer approval with 3D file links, and faster handoff to digital press production. The result was a leaner operation, improved efficiency, and support for the company’s steep growth, with Hybrid Software and CUPSZ also collaborating on a 25,000-cup personalized project.
