August Faller KG, a pharmaceutical packaging company, faced inconsistent prepress and data-management processes across multiple locations, with complicated communication and validation procedures and weak integration to MIS/ERP and quality control systems. To address this, they worked with Hybrid Software, leveraging the vendor’s Frontdesk, Facelift and Fileforce solutions.

Hybrid Software implemented a central, multi-site prepress management system that integrates MIS, a customer portal, technical workflow and quality assurance into a single, user-friendly job ticket based on Frontdesk, Facelift and Fileforce. Hybrid Software’s solution eliminated redundant systems and maintenance for significant cost reduction and produced a massive increase in job throughput through dynamic integration with the company’s SAP ERP and Esko workflow systems, while improving traceability and online approval.
