Women’s Care Florida, a specialty physician group serving 350,000 patients annually across 360+ providers, needed to streamline purchasing and invoicing across many locations. The team’s main challenge was moving away from paper-based processes while keeping vendor pricing accurate and integrating with Sage 100. Hybrent was used to support their medical supply chain and purchasing workflow.

With Hybrent, Women’s Care Florida digitized ordering, receiving, and invoicing, making it easier for accounting to reconcile documents and pay invoices on time. Hybrent also loaded contracted item prices into the system, improving pricing control and accountability with location- and vendor-level reporting. As a result, Women’s Care Florida improved visibility, reduced errors, and strengthened vendor relationships through faster, more accurate payments.
