Mann Cataract Surgery Center, a Texas-based eye care provider with more than a dozen locations, was still managing supply ordering manually with spreadsheets and phone calls to individual vendors. The process was time-consuming, taking up to three full business days each week, and created a risk of human error. The result was a major efficiency gain: ordering time dropped from three days to just 2–3 hours, while the team also gained easier invoice approval, shipping and tracking visibility, and vendor comparison shopping.
