Mann Cataract Surgery Center, a Texas-based eye care provider with more than a dozen locations, was still managing supply ordering manually with spreadsheets and phone calls to individual vendors. To improve procurement, cost management, and accounting integration, the center chose Hybrent.

Hybrent implemented its supply ordering and procurement software, integrated it with Great Plains, and helped MCSC load vendors, supply lists, and inventory data for 3-way matching and case costing. The result was a major efficiency gain: ordering time dropped from three days to just 2–3 hours, while the team also gained easier invoice approval, shipping and tracking visibility, and vendor comparison shopping.
