Maltego, a graph-based link analysis and intelligence platform, needed a way to enrich investigations with deeper compromise indicator data and better identify connections between domains, events, actors, and infrastructure. To address this, Maltego used HYAS Insight Transforms to expand the visibility of its investigations across historical and current threat data.

HYAS provided Maltego with integration through its Insight Transforms, enabling investigators to query HYAS’s proprietary database, pivot on domains, and uncover related infrastructure and malicious indicators in a single graph. The result was faster investigations, improved attribution, and stronger ability to map adversary TTPs and connected infrastructure, although the case study does not cite specific numerical metrics.
