BCMGlobal, a global loan servicer, sought to grow its share in the Dutch buy-to-let mortgage market by offering a fully digital and compliant servicing platform. The challenge was to efficiently process a high volume of mortgage documents while automatically ensuring strict GDPR compliance to protect sensitive personal data.

The vendor Hyarchis implemented its AI-enabled Document Management system (HDM) and GDPR compliance solution for BCMGlobal. This automated the processing of 170,000 documents, blurring out sensitive BSN numbers with 98% accuracy and saving an estimated 49 weeks of manual work. This allowed BCMGlobal to reallocate resources and, within two years, become the market leader in Dutch investment mortgage servicing.
