Minimizing Damage, Maximizing Efficiency Intelligent Technical Solutions Leverages Huntress to Defend Clients at Scale

Intelligent Technical, a US-based managed IT services provider with nearly 300 team members serving 450+ clients, needed a scalable, noise-resistant security solution to defend its growing client base against evolving threats. To meet that challenge, Intelligent Technical partnered with Huntress in 2019 and integrated The Huntress Managed Security Platform—using Managed EDR, 24/7 ThreatOps, Host Isolation and Assisted Remediation—into its core offering.

When Huntress’ ThreatOps detected malicious activity at 2 a.m., Huntress alerted Intelligent Technical and used Managed EDR and Host Isolation to contain infected hosts, enabling ITS to mobilize an incident response team immediately. The rapid detection and remediation by Huntress and ITS prevented the attack from being at least twice as damaging, and an investigation and recovery effort that would normally take 2–3 weeks was completed in 2–3 hours, allowing Intelligent Technical to protect clients at scale and focus on growth.
