Huntress implemented a seamless rollout of its EDR agent through Microsoft Intune, integrated tightly with the customer’s Microsoft stack, and delivered automated remediation backed by its 24/7 SOC. As a result, response times dropped from up to 45 minutes to under 10 minutes for most incidents, false positives were reduced to under 1%, and the customer reported about 40% cost savings versus its previous vendor. Huntress also helped stop a business email compromise attack within hours of deployment, giving the IT team greater confidence and more time to focus on higher-value work.
