Cimpress, the parent company of 13 printing and marketing businesses with 13,000+ employees, faced a fragmented SOC: a legacy SIEM that didn’t fit their business model, poor alert contextualization for fast-changing custom apps, high false-positive burnout, and heavy manual investigation workloads that strained a small security team. Hunters.ai ingested Cimpress’ re‑architected S3 data pipeline and integrated disparate tools into a single platform, delivering human-readable, chronological incident narratives and richer context for alerts. During the proof of concept Hunters.ai detected a multi–business-unit attack the legacy SIEM missed and provided a detailed Team Axon report; the platform reduced manual pivoting and canned searches, improved analyst effectiveness monitoring 15,000+ end users, and drove measurable gains in SOC maturity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
