Brodersen Management Inc., which operates 49 franchised Popeyes restaurants across four states and Puerto Rico, faced an underperforming POS that lacked features to support strong sales and efficient operations. After evaluating alternatives, Brodersen selected HungerRush and began a phased rollout of the HungerRush POS across its units to replace the legacy system.

HungerRush implemented a centralized POS and payments solution with automated menu downloads, automatic daily sales polling and credit-card batching, EMV-compliant payments integrated with Vantiv, and web-based and mobile management tools for real-time sales and labor visibility. As a result, Brodersen saw labor costs fall by an average of 1.5% of sales in year one (and twice that in the Milwaukee market), IT support needs drop 75–80%, and chargebacks decline about 50%; employees and managers also reported faster, easier transactions and more proactive store control thanks to HungerRush.
