Turning the autopilot on Kiwi's paid social with Hunch’s automated and DPA solutions

KiWi worked with Hunch and the In Digital team to improve paid social performance while dealing with a highly manual campaign setup. Their challenge was scaling segmented, personalized ads across 15+ markets and currencies, while keeping flight prices accurate in a fast-changing environment. Manually producing enough creative variants was time-consuming and limited their ability to run dynamic, localized campaigns at scale.

Hunch implemented automated feeds and dynamic product ads (DPA) to populate creatives with up-to-date prices, origin/destination details, and relevant imagery, while also enabling more granular airport-level targeting. With Hunch, KiWi and In Digital achieved a 77% decrease in CPA, a 40% increase in CTR, and scaled creative output 5x to more than 1,200 variants, while reducing the time needed to launch new market campaigns.
