How So Buzzy automated Carrefour’s end of year campaigns using Hunch

Carrefour worked with Hunch through social media agency So Buzzy to automate its end-of-year paid social campaigns in Belgium. With hundreds of stores and thousands of products, Carrefour needed a way to run highly localized holiday ads at scale, promoting the right store and product to people within a specific radius while avoiding creative fatigue.

Using Hunch’s Creative Studio, Multi-artboard, Feed Mapper, and Automated Campaign tools, So Buzzy generated 100+ creatives, built hyper-localized product and store-map ads, and automated countdown campaigns. The result was 250+ hours saved in manual work, a 28% higher purchase rate, 31% higher ROAS, 4.1x higher CTR for recipe ads, and significantly better localization performance, including 81% lower CPM than the target.
