Genero’s recipe for growth: Optimizing online customer acquisition through localization

Genero, a full-service growth marketing agency, faced the challenge of lowering advertising costs and reducing manual workload for their client Ruokaboksi, a Finnish meal kit service. They needed a way to implement granular, city-level targeting with personalized creatives without incurring the high production costs and time that such a strategy typically requires. To solve this, they partnered with Hunch and its automated ads service.

By using Hunch's platform, Genero was able to build dynamic ad templates, which automated the creation and publishing of hundreds of localized ads. This solution turned the monumental task of manually managing 700 ads and 230 ad sets into a streamlined process involving just one template and one dynamic ad set. The results were significant, with Hunch helping to achieve an 82% decrease in cost per lead and a 62% decrease in customer acquisition cost, all while drastically reducing the team's workload.
