Air Serbia's online bookings soar with data-fueled customer journeys

Air Serbia, the national airline of Serbia, wanted to increase online bookings and better showcase its flight portfolio across digital channels. To do this, the airline needed highly personalized offers and a way to improve visibility across the customer journey with limited resources. Hunch helped address this challenge with its creative and dynamic advertising capabilities, including the Hunch Creative Video Studio.

Hunch and Agency Drive built a large-scale social retargeting and dynamic ad program using automated image and video ads tailored to destinations and site activity. The campaign produced more than 1,400 image ads and 120 video ads, supporting always-on campaigns for 73 flights across 54 destinations. The result was thousands of conversions, higher conversion rates, positive recall for automated video ads, and more new website visitors, while reducing manual work.
