Lunar, a Nordic bank, required a modern and secure log management solution to keep pace with its rapid, cloud-native development cycle of ten to twenty deployments per day. Their initial setup using Elasticsearch and Kibana presented challenges with usability and infrastructure complexity. They sought an on-premises solution compatible with their AWS environment and turned to the vendor Humio for its log management platform.

By implementing Humio, Lunar gained a high-speed, schema-less log management solution that provided a complete view across its microservices. The Humio platform enabled instant feedback during development and reduced operational overhead, especially after deploying the Humio Operator for Kubernetes. The result was a shorter development cycle, allowing teams to deliver more features and fixes faster. Humio became integral to the daily routine of all development teams at the bank.
