Wave, a financial management software company serving more than 500,000 small business customers, faced a growing risk of account takeover attacks, credential stuffing, and fake account creation. To better protect sensitive customer data, the company turned to HUMAN after its initial bot management solution failed to stop the activity.

HUMAN implemented Account Protection to block fake registrations, mitigate ATO attacks with machine learning and behavioral analysis, and provide detailed real-time reporting through the HUMAN Portal. In the first two weeks, HUMAN protected 6.6 million page views and blocked 912,000 malicious page views, helping Wave reduce investigation time, improve operational efficiency, and protect customer accounts and brand reputation.
