The company needed a way to stop sophisticated bots without mistakenly blocking real customers, and turned to HUMAN for help.

HUMAN implemented Transaction Abuse Defense with Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration to detect and mitigate bad bots using behavioral monitoring, intelligent fingerprinting, machine learning, and Human Challenge verification. The solution was deployed within hours and blocked more than 397K malicious requests during a high-traffic attack while allowing over 383K legitimate requests through, and it also cut verification time from 66.09 seconds with reCAPTCHA to 34.85 seconds, improving both security and customer experience.
